Just look at those stars that are using this method. Demi Moore is an unbelievable 47 years old, but doesn’t look a day over 26; she has been spotted recently working out on her yoga mat. The well-known star of hit series ‘Friends’ Jennifer Aniston confessed that she did three yoga workouts a week to get her mind off of her ex boyfriend Brad Pitt. Lastly, in a recent interview with stunning Jada Pinket Smith, she divulges her beauty secret; for a youthful tight vibrancy, use weight training, hiking and yoga. Of course they are also linked to taking anti-aging supplements like Reneuve but yoga contributed to their good looks and firm bodies.Yoga has roots in India, where holy men use it in daily ritual. One famous Hindu states man swears by this form of exercise to improve his body, mind and soul. On a short visit to America he showed his love of yoga by explaining its function. He mentions that yoga is both a physical and mental activity, which can help our souls to connect with the universe. He urges people to be mindful of this and explore yoga’s spiritual benefits as well as its physical aspects. An expert in the Hindu religion and belief systems goes on to say that yoga is just one of 6 disciplines within the Hindu religion there are a further 5 that can also be taken advantage of. Many Hindu sages believe that yoga can be described as bringing about a complete silence of the mind, where your thoughts dissolve and give way to enlightenment.
