Oatmeal, sprouts, salads, cereal bar, and yogurt are some other food items that you must add to your daily menu as they are all healthy foods.

Aside from eating healthy, you also need to keep a track of your eating habits. You should never skip your breakfast and have an early dinner. Also try and avoid binge eating by eating 6 tiny sized meals in a day.
