Get Six Pack Abs for Beach Season

Want to impress everybody down at the beach or by the pool? Follow these tips and advice to really get abs fast.

1) Eat healthy foods 90% of the time. To get great abs you must diet the right way. Eat foods like apples, eggs, milk, cottage cheese, and spinach most of the time.

2) Eat 5-6 times a day. try to eat about every 3 hours so that your belly fat shrinks. You will not get hungry and at the same time not eat so much that you feel bloated. Do not worry about calories. Just make sure to eat your stomach full every 3 hours.

3) Do not drink calorie dense beverages. Instead drink water and unsweetened tea. Juice and soda should be avoided. They are loaded with sugar.

4) Start doing effective ab exercises. Do not do crunches. They are a waste of time and energy. Instead do exercises like reverse crunches and sit ups on a swiss ball. They target your abs very well without putting a lot of strain on your back and neck.

5) Do compound movements too. Exercises like squats and push ups should be the staples of your workouts.

You can also do stuff like cardio. You do not have to go for jogs. Just play sports and do something fun. Anything you do will help you lose belly fat and uncover your six pack abs.

Also do not give up because it may seem hard at first but with time and effort you will really get great results.
