deadlifts today

when i am doing the workout that i am going ti be doing today io might be doing deadlifts but i am not sure and that is a good thing to be sure that i am looking at because it is way that i damage my lower back to. i have been doing the thing that i need to be srue that i am really doing the best that i can to make sure that i ma doing a safe and effective workout that will be sure that i ma doing it today. the fat burning kitchen is a good book and it is good information.
