About My Quest To Getting Skinny!

If your goal is to figure out how to get skinny quickly, then you can probably learn quite a lot from me.  Right now, I am not tracking my caloric intake, but i have cut down, well more of a complete stop on unhealthy snaking, with a little one its was often the quickest thing to eat and give a boost of energy.The dietitian told me to only eat 3 small meals a day, but others say 3 small meals and two snacks. I tend snack on nuts, some times fruit, but mostly raw unsalted nuts.  I also try to eat veggies as much as possible since they are so healthy.I know I’m probably not drinking as much water as I should through out the day, I start of great at the beginning of the day, mainly due to me exercising, but after i’ve picked up my daughter I notice that the glass of water stays fuller a lot longer, could this be the reason?? ( I do not drink tea or coffee, only green teas and ginger tea)I will admit that some times my portions are probably as small as they should be, and once or twice a week I have take out (Chinese mostly, McDonalds sometimes, Chicken or fish and chips)

In terms of how much weight I am trying to lose, I’m not a hundred percent sure.  One thing that is for certain is that I need to reduce thigh fat.  I’ve never been good with the weight stuff, I just know its a lot. I think I’m around the 200lb mark, 5′5″. I am currently a 18/20 UK dress size and want to get back down to a 12/14. i know I wont be abe to get any small that that due to my hips, bum and bust.I don’t necessarily look like I weigh as much as 200lb, my scale says I’m 50% body fat but I don’t know how reliable the home scales are.
